My favorite Engagement Session locations in Central Florida

It was hard to narrow down a list of my favorite places to shoot! I love it when my clients seek out locations that are meaningful to them. If its the spot of your first date, your favorite place to grab a beer or having an in-home session, I am all for it! Hope you enjoy seeing these spots :)

Lake Eola & Downtown Orlando

Make sure to bring your comfy shoes! There is a lot of walking involved in this session. We will walk around Lake Eola and then head to some great spots in downtown. There are a bunch of bars & restaurants along the way and we will end the session at sunset on the roof of a parking garage overlooking the city.

The Acre

This spot is also a wedding venue. It requires a $75 photoshoot fee and will most likely only be available on weekdays. more info here

Downtown Winter Garden & Crooked Can

This is a great little spot full of pretty views. Lots of brick buildings, alley ways, small ice cream shops & restaurants and of course beer.

The Heavy

This is a plant shop in Winter Park. It is $50/hour to shoot here. They have 3 sections inside the building and a secret little field in the back.

Lake Louisa State Park

Entrance fee is $5. There are a ton of beautiful fields and trails, tall skinny trees and a small beach area for photos. This is my number 1 most requested location and for good reason!

Mead Gardens & Garden Villa

These parks are located next-door to each other for an easy change of scenery. Garden Villa is a wedding venue so as long as there is not an event going on, we can shoot outside around the building.

KIND WORDS

“Sydney was absolutely wonderful! We were immediately at ease with her from the moment she arrived on our wedding day. My now husband and I got ready together and during a very short time period together in the room, Sydney took so many amazing detail shots, captured us getting ready, and found the perfect spot for us to do a first look. Our ceremony, family, and posed photos from Sydney are beautiful, but some of our favorite photos are the candids that captured some of the little meaningful moments of the day.”
